This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of signing by and between:
By proceeding with the booking process, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below regarding Pilates training services provided by the Teacher through Pilates by Natalia at various physical locations and online.
1. Services Provided
The Teacher agrees to provide Pilates training services, including but not limited to:
Group classes, private sessions, and duet/trio sessions.
The use of Pilates apparatus and equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Cadillac, Baby Chair, Ladder Barrel, or any other equipment available at the studio and related to the lesson (where applicable).
Online Pilates training, which may include mat-based exercises and other modifications suitable for remote sessions.
2. Payment Terms
Booking and Payment:
All sessions, whether in-person or online, must be booked in advance through the designated booking platform or directly with the Teacher.
Payment must be made at the time of booking.
Pricing:
Prices for sessions and packages are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect already booked sessions.
3. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Rule:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged.
Exceptions:
Exceptions for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be granted at the discretion of the Teacher.
4. Package Validity
All session packages are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions after the validity period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Teacher.
5. Health and Safety
Client Responsibility:
The Client confirms that they are in good physical condition and do not have any medical or other conditions that would impair their ability to participate in Pilates training.
The Client agrees to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns prior to each session.
Online Sessions:
The Client is responsible for ensuring they have a safe and suitable space to participate in online sessions. The Teacher is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from environmental hazards in the Client’s location.
Attire:
The Client must wear appropriate workout clothing and non-slip socks or be barefoot for safety and effective participation.
6. Refund Policy
Individual Sessions:
No refunds will be provided for missed or canceled sessions unless they meet the 24-hour cancellation policy criteria.
Packages:
Refunds for unused sessions in a package will be granted only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Teacher.
7. Liability
The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk document (hereafter referred to as “the Waiver”). The Waiver is a separate agreement that details the inherent risks of Pilates training and the Client’s acceptance of those risks. Participation in Pilates training, whether online or in person, is undertaken at the Client’s own risk.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Teacher and supersedes all prior agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Acknowledgment
By proceeding with the booking process and completing payment on the designated booking platform, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
