Spring “Bring a Friend” Promo

  • Promo Validity:
    • This promotional offer is valid from April 14 to April 30, 2025.
  • Promo Code Usage:
    • This offer is open to both current and new clients.
    • To qualify, clients must bring a friend who is new to the studio.
    • Both the client and their referred friend must use the promo code FRIEND50 when booking and attend the same group class.
    • This promotion applies only to the Drop-In Group Class price and cannot be used for other pricing options such as class packages, multi-class packs, or memberships.
    • Each participant may redeem the promo only once during the promotional period.
    • Clients must include their friend’s name during booking (via the notes field or by messaging the studio).
    • If the referred friend does not attend, or is already a client, the studio reserves the right to revoke or adjust the discount.
  • Studio Locations:
    • Classes will take place in Santa Cruz CA.
    • The specific location will depend on the schedule and availability.
    • The finalized schedule will indicate the location and group size for each class.
  • Class Availability:
    • Group classes are limited  to 5 participants to ensure personalized attention.
    • Advance booking is required as spots are limited.
    • Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Schedule Changes:
    • Schedules are subject to change. In case of changes, clients will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to accommodate their bookings.
  • Booking Instructions:

    • Promo code FRIEND50 must be entered at the time of checkout.

    • Clients should ensure that both they and their friend are booked in the same class.

    • If the promo is used without a new client friend, the discount may be reversed or require additional payment.

  • Non-Transferable:
    • The promo and associated class credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

  • Missed Classes:
    • If a client fails to attend a booked class without prior cancellation, the class credit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the class credit.
  • Refund Policy:
    • This promotional offer is non-refundable.
  • Exceptions:
    • Special circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the teacher.
