New Year Promo

Promo Validity:
- This offer is valid until January 31, 2025.

Usage Period:
- The 8-pack must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Unused classes after this period will expire and are non-refundable.

Studio Locations:
- Classes will take place in Santa Cruz or Capitola studios.
- The specific location will depend on the schedule and availability.
- The finalized schedule will indicate the location and group size for each class.

Class Availability:
- Class sizes are designed to ensure personalized attention and will range from 3 to 5 participants, depending on the studio setup and availability.
- Advance booking is required as spots are limited.
- Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Schedule Changes:
- Schedules are subject to change. In case of changes, clients will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to accommodate their bookings.

Promo Code Usage:
- Clients must use their unique promo code to book classes.
- Promo codes are valid for up to 8 bookings and can only be applied once per class.
- Unused credits cannot be rolled over or refunded.

Non-Transferable:
- The promo and associated class credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Missed Classes:
- If a client fails to attend a booked class without prior cancellation, the class credit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the class credit.

Refund Policy:
- This promotional offer is non-refundable.
Exceptions:
- Special circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the teacher.
